Limited Editions
Certain works are released in fixed quantities and will not be reproduced once sold out.
Ownership of a product does not grant ownership of the underlying artwork or rights.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All artwork, designs, visuals, and creative assets are the exclusive property of Seed and Psyriiis.
When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license only.
You may NOT:
- Reproduce or copy artwork
- Use designs for commercial purposes
- Mint, tokenize, or reproduce digitally
- Create derivative works
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust pricing at any time
- Correct errors or inaccuracies
- Cancel orders affected by errors
Payment must be received in full before fulfillment.
6. Shipping & Risk
Shipping timelines are estimates only.
Seed is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs
- External factors beyond our control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible Items:
- Unworn, unused
- Original condition
- Tags attached
- Original packaging included
Final Sale Items:
- Limited editions
- Artwork & prints
- Sale items
- Bathing suits
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Digital Products & Experiences
Certain Seed offerings may include:
- Digital downloads
- Video content
- Immersive or virtual experiences
These are:
- Non-refundable
- Licensed, not sold
- For personal use only
Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases
