Returns & Exchanges
At Seed, each piece is created with intention. Many of our items are produced in limited quantities or as collectible works of art.
For this reason, all limited edition items, artwork, prints, sale items, and bathing suits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Bathing suits are non-returnable due to hygiene considerations.
Select clothing and home goods may be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted. We encourage you to review sizing carefully before purchasing. If you need guidance, we’re always here to help.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at psyriscontact@gmail.com.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Concerns
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with care.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Limited edition pieces
- Artwork and prints
- Sale items
- Bathing suits (due to hygiene considerations)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable or personal care goods
If you are unsure about an item, we recommend reaching out prior to purchase.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, exchanges are handled by returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Items must remain unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Please note: This right does not apply to certain exempt items, including custom products and hygiene-sensitive goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
