Each piece—whether wearable or collectible—moves from creation to delivery as part of a process rooted in quality, not speed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Please note:
- Limited edition items and made-to-order pieces may require additional time
- Processing times may increase during high-demand releases or holidays
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Destination location
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight
- Shipping method selected
International Orders
For international shipments:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- These fees are determined by your country and are not controlled by Seed
Delays may occur due to customs processing.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Seed is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered:
- Seed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
